Returns & Refunds
Before any unwanted materials can be returned to us please get in touch either by telephone (01677) 427212 or via e-mail sales@upexelectrical.co.uk with the invoice number and what you need to return. We will then get back to you with what you need to do next. You have 30 days from the date of invoice to notify us of any items you wish to return.
Under no circumstances send any materials back to us without getting in touch first as we will not guarantee any refunds.
If you have any faulty items then get in touch with the invoice number pertaining to the faulty item and we will arrange to collect & refund.
